Hey Brett,
That is great to hear that the workouts are going well. Your hard work with CFG over summer definitely paid off. Congrats on raising eyebrows. How many pullups did you crank out? We look forward to having you back with us, brother. Good luck to you and be in touch.

All Nightmare Long by Metallica

46 and 2 by Tool

Sweating Bullets by Megadeth

Celine Dion and Bobby Vinton shouldn't be overlooked...

vicarious by tool, b.y.o.b by system of a down, and for old school taste, she's crafty by beastie boys

According to Mustaine, the name "Megadeth represents the annihilation of power. We spell the name phonetically because the meaning to us is the same as you get out of the dictionary; it's hypothetical body count after a nuclear fallout. It's a million deaths, and we want to leave our audience shell-shocked wherever we go." Though Megadeth is the first band to use this name, Pink Floyd in their early years used the name with a variation in the spelling ("The Meggadeaths").

hello thanks for the information on this blog! I think too interesting! I think without music could not live is one of the best things out there! Greetings!
