It was a pleasure to host Mike and Angela on 4/24 at Crossfit Swift in Richmond, VA. They are good people and obviously well coached. Keep up the good work.

YES, Brett! So awesome, brother. Got me so pumped to read the news. That is pure dominance. Good luck in the ACC finals!!

Thank you, Keith. I appreciate the kind words about Angela and Mike. Thank you also for having them train with you. Hope all is well in VA.

Also, congrats to Brett for making All-ACC Honors.

Awesome Brett! That's so exciting! We'll be watching and cheering you all on! Go get it!

Lauren, that's hysterical- I'm still laughing about that story. Also, how about Barry's and my face in that picture of Lauren on the post today in the background. Too funny!

Great job all in the gym for the WOD and at the race. I heard it was a blast!

Congrats to Brett--that's great!

Kids do say the funniest things---I wouldn't mess with Mrs. Pace ;-)

WOD was not fun---felt like I was barely moving on those last runs!

Heard that the wod this morning was rough :) Glad you all had fun. Have a great weekend.
