The beauty of CrossFit is it’s universal scalability. Our needs as human beings differ by degree not kind. All the workouts of the day can and will be scaled in accordance of your level of fitness. Please keep this in mind, everyone starts somewhere. Some come into CrossFit with very little experience with high intensity exercise and some come in as former athletes whose bodies are accustomed to the CrossFit stimulus or something similar. Nevertheless, all workouts are manageable and can be accomplished when scaled for the appropriate level.
At CrossFit Generation, we will never make you do something that you cannot do (yet). The prescribed weight that is posted is the standard weight for those who are at that high level. However, we will help you work your way to that level. Consistency and hard work are what will get you to that level. We will always provide you with the best coaching and programming we have to offer, but it is up to you to give 100% each time you come into CrossFit Generation.
