CrossFit Element Sessions: $75 for all 3 All newcomers to CrossFit are recommended to complete 3 elements sessions to ensure proper mechanics and proficient understanding of all CrossFit exercises utilized in the Workout of the Day. You will also be put through a baseline fitness test to help us see where you are at. These sessions are not required, but are recommended. Contact Barry to set up your element sessions today!
